TPI attends COSE Green Leasing Forum: Aligning Incentives Between Tenants & Landlords

Over the last 18 months, local businesses have worked to integrate energy aligned leasing to improve the efficiency of tenant spaces and innovatively brought new concepts to the leasing model. TPI Efficiency contributed to the roundtable discussion along with peers who have tested this concept and integrated various green leasing components into their respective businesses.
